Adequate Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Employees to assist client companies with a variety of physical labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction support, loading/unloading, cleaning, and production-related tasks. Employees must be able to work safely, follow instructions, and maintain a professional attitude while representing Adequate Staffing at client job sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
Assist with warehouse, manufacturing, and production operations.
Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with inventory organization and stock movement.
Maintain productivity standards and quality requirements.
Work independently or as part of a team.
Report safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues immediately.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
Strong attendance and punctuality record.
Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance.
Ability to work extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
Ability to safely perform repetitive movements.
