2. Employment Policies

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Notify Adequate Staffing at least 2 hours before shift start if absent or late.

  • No‑call/no‑show may result in termination.

  • Excessive absences or tardiness may affect future assignments.

  • Employees must arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.

5. Safety Requirements

  • Follow all client and company safety rules.

  • Wear required PPE at all times.

  • Report hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.

  • Use tools and equipment only as trained or instructed.

  • No horseplay or unsafe behavior.

6. Drug‑Free Workplace

  • Employees must report to work free from drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances.

  • Illegal substances are prohibited at all worksites.

  • Employees may be removed from assignments if appearing impaired.

  • Testing may be required by client facilities or applicable law.

7. Workplace Conduct & Behavior

  • Follow all client policies regarding breaks, meals, and work procedures.

  • Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.

  • No theft, violence, or possession of weapons.

  • Use company or client equipment responsibly.

8. Pay, Timekeeping & Payroll

  • Employees must submit accurate timesheets daily or as instructed.

  • Payroll is processed weekly.

  • Direct deposit is available and encouraged.

  • Report payroll discrepancies immediately.

9. Assignment Rules

  • Employees must follow assignment instructions exactly as provided.

  • Notify Adequate Staffing if duties differ from what was assigned.

  • Do not change job roles or tasks without approval.

  • Contact Adequate Staffing immediately if issues arise at the worksite.

10. Communication Requirements

  • Employees must maintain active communication with Adequate Staffing.

  • Respond promptly to calls, texts, or emails regarding assignments.

  • Notify the office of any changes in schedule, availability, or worksite concerns.

11. Disciplinary Policy

Violations of company or client policies may result in:

  • Verbal warning

  • Written warning

  • Suspension from assignments

  • Termination

  • Removal from future placement opportunities

12. Acknowledgment
