1. ROLES

  • General Labor — Light / medium‑duty labor, warehouse tasks, loading / unloading, basic facility support

  • Skilled Labor — Trades, machine operation, fabrication support, technical labor

  • Administrative Support — Clerical, reception, scheduling, office operations

  • Supervisory Personnel — Team leads, shift supervisors, floor managers

  • Specialty Contract Roles — Custom roles defined per client scope

2. AVAILABILITY

  • Same‑Day Dispatch — Day Labor, Emergency coverage when available

  • Next‑Day Scheduling — Standard placement

  • Short‑Term Contracts — 1 day to 4 weeks

  • Long‑Term Contracts — 1 month to 12 months

  • Full‑Time Placement — Permanent staffing options

3. RATES

(All rates customizable per client scope, industry, and risk level)

Overtime Pay: 1.5×worker pay    Overtime Bill: 1.5×sstandard bill

Holiday: 2× standard hourly rate     Minimum Shift: 4 hours

4. EXPECTATIONS

  • Professional Conduct — All personnel adhere to Adequate Staffing’s conduct and performance standards

  • Attendance & Punctuality — On‑time arrival; immediate communication for delays

  • Safety Compliance — PPE usage, hazard awareness, adherence to client‑site rules

  • Performance Standards — Productivity benchmarks set per role

  • Client Communication — Clear reporting, issue escalation, and shift documentation

5. BILLING & TERMS

  • Weekly Invoicing — Net‑7 or Net‑14 terms

  • Timekeeping Verification — Client‑approved hours required for billing

  • Replacement Guarantee — Immediate replacement if performance concerns arise

  • Contract Adjustments — Rates may adjust for scope changes or specialized duties
