ASC Internal Review Page
This page is not client‑facing. It is part of your internal ASC onboarding workflow and explains what ASC staff do after the client submits their intake form and views the Welcome Page.
ASC Internal Review Page After the client intake form is submitted and the client is redirected to the Welcome & Next Steps Page, ASC staff begin the internal review process. During this step, the intake submission is evaluated for completeness, service availability, and care needs. Staff verify the client’s preferred schedule, service location, and emergency information. Any missing or unclear details are flagged for follow‑up. This review determines whether ASC can accept the client, what companion availability looks like, and whether additional information is required before moving forward.
ASC Review Care Needs
Care Needs Overview
Expansion: ASC staff review the client’s stated care needs to understand the level of non‑medical support required. This includes companionship needs, supervision needs, mobility concerns, cognitive support, and daily living assistance within ASC’s non‑medical scope.
Mobility Level Review
Expansion: Staff evaluate the client’s mobility status (independent, needs assistance, or bed‑bound). This helps determine whether the client can safely be served by a non‑medical companion and what type of supervision or environmental awareness is required.
