These policies apply to all employees and must be followed at every job site.
Review each section carefully before accepting assignments.

All employees must acknowledge the following during onboarding:
Attendance Policy
Safety Policy
Drug‑Free Workplace Policy
Assignment Policy
At‑Will Employment Statement
These acknowledgments are required to receive job assignments.
📌 Attendance Policy
Reliable attendance is required for continued placement.
Employees must arrive 10–15 minutes early to every shift.
No‑call/no‑show results in immediate removal from assignments.
Notify the office at least 2 hours before your shift if you cannot attend.
Repeated absences may affect future job placement.
🦺 Safety Policy
Safety is mandatory on all job sites.
Follow all posted safety rules and supervisor instructions.
Wear required PPE (steel‑toe boots, gloves, glasses, vest).
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Never operate machinery unless authorized by the site supervisor.
🚫 Drug‑Free Workplace Policy
Adequate Staffing maintains a strict drug‑free environment.
No drugs, alcohol, or intoxicants on job sites
Employees may be removed from assignments for suspected impairment
Violations may result in termination of placement
📋 Assignment Policy
Your assignment rules ensure smooth placement and professional conduct.
Report directly to the site supervisor upon arrival
Complete all assigned tasks as directed
Do not leave the job site without supervisor approval
Notify Adequate Staffing immediately if issues arise at the job site
At‑Will Employment Statement
Employment with Adequate Staffing is at‑will.
Either party may terminate employment at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause.
Employees must acknowledge this statement during the application process.
