JOB‑SITE ESSENTIALS CHECKLIST

Purpose

This checklist ensures every employee arrives at the job site fully prepared, properly equipped, and compliant with Adequate Staffing and client requirements.

A. Required PPE

• Safety vest — High‑visibility vest required for all industrial, warehouse, and outdoor assignments

• Work gloves — Cut‑resistant or general‑purpose gloves depending on job

• Safety glasses — Mandatory for any job involving tools, machinery, or debris

• Steel‑toe or hard‑toe boots — Required for all industrial or warehouse assignments

• Hard hat — If required by client or job order

B. Tools & Equipment

• Utility knife — If job duties include cutting, opening boxes, or material prep

• Tape measure — Required for jobs involving measurement or layout

• Basic hand tools — Only if specified in job order

• Back support belt — Recommended for lifting or warehouse assignments

C. Documentation

• Timecards — Printed or digital, depending on assignment

• Client job order — Must be reviewed before arrival

• Certificate of Insurance copy — Required for some client facilities

• Emergency contact sheet — Must be accessible in case of incident

D. Personal Items

• Water — Mandatory for outdoor or high‑heat environments

• Snacks or lunch — Some sites do not allow leaving during breaks

• Phone charger — Needed for communication and timekeeping

• Weather‑appropriate clothing — Rain gear, cold‑weather gear, sun protection

E. Operational Items

• Dispatch log — Must be updated before departure
