ADEQUATE STAFFING

GLI‑ONLY OPERATIONS POLICY

Purpose

This policy defines the conditions under which Adequate Staffing may perform fieldwork under General Liability Insurance (GLI) only, without Workers’ Compensation coverage. GLI‑only operations are strictly limited and must follow all compliance rules.

Authorized Workers Under GLI‑Only Conditions

Only the following individuals may perform fieldwork under GLI‑only coverage:

  • Harold Steen

  • Ami Steen

No other worker, employee, contractor, or temporary staff member may perform fieldwork under GLI‑only conditions.

Prohibited Under GLI‑Only Conditions

GLI‑only operations cannot include:

  • Dispatching any additional worker besides Harold or Ami

  • Sending employees to client worksites

  • Performing labor that requires Workers’ Compensation coverage

  • Any job involving elevated risk, heavy machinery, or hazardous conditions

  • Any assignment requiring more than one worker

If any of these conditions apply, Workers’ Compensation must be active before dispatch.

Permitted Activities Under GLI‑Only Conditions

Harold or Ami may perform:

  • Light general labor

  • Basic non‑hazardous tasks

  • Client walkthroughs

  • Site assessments

  • Administrative or support tasks at client locations

  • Companion‑level non‑medical senior care tasks (ASC)

  • Any duty explicitly approved by Adequate Staffing management

All tasks must fall within the scope of GLI coverage and must not require WC.

PPE Requirements

When performing GLI‑only fieldwork, Harold or Ami must:

  • Wear required PPE based on the worksite

  • Follow all client safety rules

  • Use tools and equipment safely and only as instructed

  • Avoid hazardous environments or tasks outside GLI scope

Reporting Requirements

For every GLI‑only assignment:

  • A daily field report must be completed

  • Any incident, injury, or hazard must be reported immediately

  • Any change in duties must be communicated before continuing work

Compliance Statement

GLI‑only operations are permitted ONLY when Harold Steen or Ami Steen are the sole field workers. Workers’ Compensation (WC) is required before any additional worker is dispatched.

By performing GLI‑only fieldwork, Harold or Ami acknowledges that they understand and agree to comply with this policy.
