FIELDWORK EXPECTATIONS

Purpose

These expectations outline the standards all Adequate Staffing employees must follow while performing fieldwork at any client worksite. Professionalism, safety, communication, and reliability are required at all times.

Professional Conduct

Employees must maintain professionalism while representing Adequate Staffing.

  • Follow all client and company rules.

  • Treat supervisors, coworkers, and clients respectfully.

  • Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and staff.

  • Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.

Appearance & Presentation

  • Wear attire appropriate for the assignment.

  • Maintain clean hygiene and a professional appearance.

  • Display identification if required by the client.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Arrive on time for every assignment.

  • Notify Adequate Staffing at least 2 hours before shift start if late or absent.

  • No‑call/no‑show may result in termination.

  • Follow all scheduling instructions provided by Adequate Staffing.

Communication Requirements

  • Keep your phone charged and available during shifts.

  • Respond promptly to calls or messages from Adequate Staffing.

  • Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately.

  • Maintain professional communication at all times.

Safety Requirements

Employees must follow all safety rules and procedures.

  • Wear required PPE at all times.

  • Use tools and equipment only as instructed.

  • Report hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.

  • Avoid horseplay, distractions, or unsafe behavior.

  • Follow emergency procedures and supervisor instructions.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Protect client information at all times.

  • Do not discuss client details with unauthorized individuals.

  • Follow the Confidentiality Agreement guidelines.

Task Execution

  • Complete all assigned duties accurately and professionally.

  • Ask for clarification if unsure about any task.

  • Document required activities using the Daily Field Report.

  • Do not perform tasks outside your approved scope.

Client Interaction

  • Be attentive, respectful, and supportive.

  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times.

  • Avoid personal conversations, opinions, or conflicts.

Equipment & Property

  • Use client or facility property responsibly.

  • Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.

  • Do not remove any items from client homes or facilities.

Documentation Requirements

Employees must complete:

  • Daily Field Report

  • End‑of‑Day Debrief

  • Any client‑specific forms required by the assignment

Disciplinary Actions

Failure to follow fieldwork expectations may result in:

  • Written warnings

  • Suspension from assignments

  • Termination
