ADEQUATE STAFFING

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Purpose

This Confidentiality Agreement outlines the expectations for protecting sensitive information belonging to Adequate Staffing, its clients, and its employees. All workers must comply with these standards as a condition of employment and assignment placement.

Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Client names, locations, and contact information

  • Client business operations, processes, or proprietary methods

  • Employee records, personal information, and payroll data

  • Worksite procedures, safety protocols, and internal documents

  • Any non‑public information learned while on assignment

Employees must treat all such information as private and protected.

Employee Responsibilities

Employees agree to:

  • Protect confidential information at all times

  • Use confidential information only for work‑related purposes

  • Avoid discussing client or company information with unauthorized individuals

  • Prevent unauthorized access to documents, files, or digital systems

  • Report any suspected breach or misuse immediately

Prohibited Actions

Employees may not:

  • Share confidential information with coworkers who do not need it

  • Discuss client details outside the workplace

  • Copy, photograph, or remove confidential documents without permission

  • Use confidential information for personal gain

  • Post or share client or company information on social media

Client Confidentiality

Employees must follow all client‑specific confidentiality rules. Some clients may require additional agreements or security protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal from the assignment.

Return of Materials

Upon completion of an assignment or termination of employment, employees must return:

  • All client documents

  • All Adequate Staffing materials

  • Any equipment or access credentials

No copies may be kept.

Consequences of Violations

Breaches of confidentiality may result in:

  • Immediate removal from assignments

  • Disciplinary action

  • Termination of employment opportunities

  • Legal action if required by the client or applicable law

Acknowledgment

By accepting assignments through Adequate Staffing, employees acknowledge that they understand and agree to comply with this Confidentiality Agreement.
