ADEQUATE STAFFING — CODE OF CONDUCT

Purpose

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected of all Adequate Staffing employees while representing the company at any client worksite or during any work‑related activity.

Professionalism

Employees must maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

  • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.

  • Follow all client and company policies.

  • Treat supervisors, coworkers, and clients with respect.

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and appropriate appearance.

Attendance & Reliability

  • Report absences or tardiness at least 2 hours before shift start.

  • No‑call/no‑show may result in removal from assignments.

  • Maintain reliable attendance to remain eligible for future placements.

Conduct at Client Worksites

  • Follow all reasonable instructions from client supervisors.

  • Comply with client safety rules, confidentiality requirements, and procedures.

  • Represent Adequate Staffing professionally at all times.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

  • Use tools and equipment only as instructed.

  • Working under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.

Harassment & Workplace Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Maintain a respectful, safe, and cooperative work environment.

  • Report any inappropriate behavior to Adequate Staffing immediately.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Protect confidential client information.

  • Do not share or misuse data, records, or proprietary information.

  • Respect the privacy of coworkers and clients.

Use of Company & Client Property

  • Use tools, equipment, and property only for work‑related purposes.

  • Take reasonable care to avoid damage.

  • Return all property at the end of assignments.

Integrity & Honesty

  • Provide truthful and accurate information on timesheets and forms.

  • No falsification of records or misrepresentation of hours worked.

  • Avoid conflicts of interest.

Communication

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally.

  • Report issues or concerns promptly.

  • Keep contact information updated with Adequate Staffing.

Compliance & Discipline

Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Removal from assignments

  • Termination of employment opportunities

By accepting assignments through Adequate Staffing, employees acknowledge that they understand and agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
